The society is registered on 15th November 2001 being the address 2-1554/5, CNR Nagar, Near Venu Mahal, Piler-517214 . The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE), Government of A.P. has permitted the society to start C.N.R ARTS & SCIENCE COLLEGE in PILER from the academic year 2002-03. College is affiliated to S.V. University, Tirupati.
