Established in 1984 in Pimpri, Dr. D. Y. Patil Prathishthan's D.Y. Patil College of Engineering relocated to the Akurdi campus in 2001. Covering ten acres, the college offers seven engineering specialities. This institute is affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University and has been approved by AICTE, New Delhi.
