Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya (GSV) provides need-based financial aid and merit scholarships primarily for UG programs like B.Tech and BBA, with priority for economically weaker students.

Types of Scholarships

Need-Based Scholarships

GSV follows a need-blind admission policy, offering up to 100% tuition fee waiver and partial hostel fee waivers based on family income slabs.

  • Slab 1 (income < Rs1 lakh): 100% tuition waiver + 50% hostel waiver (10% seats reserved).
  • Slab 2 (income Rs1-3 lakh): 50% tuition waiver + 25% hostel waiver.
    Aid continues for subsequent years if students maintain CGPA ≥8.0.

Merit Scholarships

Top 20% of students in B.Tech receive merit-based aid; corporate sponsors like Plasser India offer full tuition/hostel coverage plus laptops for 10 meritorious/needy B.Tech students over 4 years. Siemens and Airbus provide full fee waivers based on merit and income. Girl child support offers up to 50% tuition waiver.
