Application Process

Online Application:

  • Visit the official GITAM website at apply.gitam.edu and click on the 'Apply Now' tab.
  • Register by providing required details to obtain login credentials.
  • Log in and fill out the application form.
  • Upload necessary documents in the specified format.
  • Pay the application fee of INR 1,200 online for UG and PG courses.

Required Documents:

  • Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets
  • Diploma certificate and mark sheet (if applicable)
  • Scanned passport-size photograph
  • Scanned image of signature
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Transfer certificate
  • Category certificate
  • Income certificate

Admission Process

For MBBS

  • NEET-UG: Candidates must qualify in the NEET-UG examination.
  • Counselling: Register for NEET counselling conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).
  • Seat Allotment: Choose GIMSR as a preferred institution during choice filling.
  • Verification and Fee Payment: Download the allotment letter, complete verification, and pay the requisite fee to secure the seat.

For MD/MS

  • NEET-PG: Candidates must qualify in the NEET-PG examination.
  • Counselling: Participate in the NEET PG counselling process conducted by MCC.
  • Seat Allocation: Seats are allocated based on NEET PG scores and availability.

For B.Sc. Paramedical Courses

  • GAT (Paramedical UG): Candidates must qualify in the GAT examination.
  • Application: Apply online through the GITAM GAT portal.
  • Counselling: Participate in counselling based on GAT scores.

Admissions are strictly based on entrance exams; no direct admissions are available. The application process is primarily online, with some offline components for document submission.

The total annual seat intake for MBBS is around 150, with specific quotas for management and NRI seats.
