Govt. Arts & Science College Application/Admission Process

The admission process for the Government Arts & Science College, Kamareddy, is primarily centralized through the Telangana state portal for undergraduate courses and specialized entrance exams for postgraduate programs.

    Step-by-Step Application Guide (DOST)

    Generate DOST ID: Register using your Aadhaar-linked mobile number and pay the registration fee (?200 for Phase 1). This can be done via the website, the DOST App, or a MeeSeva centre.  

    Authentication: Complete the Aadhaar-based biometric or OTP authentication. 

    Web Options: Log in and select Government Arts & Science College, Kamareddy as your preferred institution. You can choose specific courses like "B.Sc. (BZC)" or "B.Com. (Computer Applications)".

    Seat Allotment: Check the portal on allotment day. If you are satisfied with the seat, perform "Online Self-Reporting."

    Physical Reporting: Finalize admission by submitting original certificates at the college during the final reporting window (tentatively late June 2026).

    Required Documents for Verification

    You will need digital and physical copies of the following:

    • Intermediate/10+2 Marks Memo.

    • SSC/10th Class Marks Memo (for date of birth proof).

    • Transfer Certificate (TC) and Conduct Certificate. 

    • Caste Certificate (issued by MeeSeva) to claim reservation. 

    • Income Certificate (issued on or after April 1, 2026) for fee reimbursement.

    • Migration Certificate (only for students from boards other than TSBIE).
