The faculty at the Indore Institute of Law (IIL), Indore comprises a mix of experienced legal academicians, corporate professionals, and younger educators, many of whom have graduated from top National Law Universities (NLUs) or hold UGC-NET and Ph.D. credentials.

The teaching staff spans core legal subjects as well as management, social sciences, and humanities for the integrated courses.

Leadership & Key Faculty Members

  • Dr. Manpreet Kaur Rajpal (Dean & Director): A highly credentialed academic holding multiple degrees including a Ph.D. in Law, an LL.M., an MBA in Finance, and a certification from Harvard University. She brings over 13 years of administrative and teaching experience. 

  • Prof. (Dr.) Vinod Patidar (Principal): An expert in Constitutional Law with over 24 years of academic experience. He holds an LL.M. and a Ph.D. in Law and is UGC-NET qualified. 

  • Mrs. Kusum Joshi (Associate Professor): Specializes in Family Law and Competition Law with over 15 years of teaching experience. 

  • Dr. Manish Phalke (Associate Professor): Focuses on Economics and Finance with a Ph.D. in Management and over 10 years of academic experience. 

  • Mr. Jaidev Mahendra (Assistant Professor): Specializes in Contract Law, Human Rights, and Administrative Law with 8 years of experience.
