Step-by-Step Online Application Process

Candidates seeking admission to JIM can apply through both online and offline channels:

  1. Online Registration: Visit the official JIM admissions portal (jimkanpur.ac.in) or navigate to the admission inquiry tab. Register with your basic contact details to generate login credentials.

  2. Form Completion: Fill out the application form with accurate personal details, academic history from Class 10 onwards, and your preferred course choice (PGDM, MCA, or PGD).

  3. Document Upload: Upload digital or scanned copies of necessary academic records and certificates.

  4. Application Fee Payment: Pay the non-refundable registration application fee online through Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or via Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favor of Jagran Institute of Management, Kanpur.

  5. Counseling & Selection Interaction: Shortlisted candidates for management and professional tracks will be called for document verification and personal evaluation rounds (GD/PI) either on campus or through an online video interface.

  6. Final Admission & Enrollment: Upon successful clearance, candidates receive an admission offer letter. Final seat confirmation requires the submission of original transfer/migration documents and the payment of the 1st-semester fee installment.
