Following is the details on application/admission process for the candidates who wish to pursue Law at the Jalpaiguri Law College.

1. BA LLB (Hons.):

• Candidates must have obtained at least 60% marks in the 10+2 or higher secondary examinations.
• Admission is based on merit, determined by marks secured in the intermediate examination.
• The cut-off marks for the 11th merit list was 71.5%.
• Candidates can apply for scholarships at the beginning of the academic year.

2. BA LLB (General):

• Candidates must have obtained at least 45% marks in the 10+2 or higher secondary examinations.
• Admission is based on merit, determined by marks secured in the intermediate examination.
• Applications are invited online for admission to the first year of the BA LLB (General) course under the semester system.
