K S Hegde Medical Academy - Application /Admission Process

K S Hegde Medical Academy provides admissions to undergraduate, postgraduate, and super-specialty courses. Admissions for some courses are based on the All India Entrance Examination, while others depend on merit from the qualifying examination.

Admission Process

NEET UG/NEET PG Counseling: After qualifying NEET UG/NEET PG candidates must participate in the Karnataka NEET UG/NEET PG Counseling conducted by the Karnataka Examinations Authority.

Document verification: Candidates allotted a seat at K.S. Hegde Medical Academy through the counseling process must report to the college for document verification.

Required documents: The following documents are required at the time of admission:

NEET UG/NEET PG admit card
NEET UG/NEET PG scorecard
Class 10 and 12 mark sheets
Valid ID proof
Caste certificate (if applicable)
Passport size photographs

Payment of fees: Candidates must pay the prescribed tuition and other fees to confirm their admission.

Enrollment: After fee payment, candidates will be enrolled into the selected programs of their choice at K.S. Hegde Medical Academy.

Then, click on the "Applications" button.
Proceed to enter your details to register as a new candidate.
After registering, log in and carefully complete the application form.
Finally, pay the application fee and submit your application.

Offline Application Process:

To apply, visit the college's official website and select the “Quick Links” option on the homepage's right-hand side.
Then, click on the “Applications” button. Scroll down to locate the application form for your chosen course.
Download and print the application form. Fill in the form with accurate information.
The application fee should be paid via Demand Draft in favor of “Nitte University,” payable at Mangalore.
Finally, send or submit the completed application form to the following address: The Dy. Director (Admin), 6th Floor, Medical Sciences Complex, Deralakatte, Mangalore – 575 018, Karnataka State, INDIA.
