Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith - Application /Admission Process

Candidates interested in enrolling in UG and PG courses at MGKVP can apply online through the official website. The university provides a variety of diploma courses for both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Admissions are granted based on the scores achieved in the university's entrance examination.

Application Process-

Candidates seeking admission to any course at Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth must follow the steps below:

• Navigate to the official website of Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith.
• On the homepage, access the "Student" tab. Click on it and select "Admissions."
• A new page will open. Select the "Apply online" option.
• Then, click on the "Admission application form" link.
• Choose either the UG or PG option from the drop-down menu.
• Complete the form, and upload your photo and signature.
• Remit the application fee online through Net banking, or by using a Debit or Credit card.
• The application fee for UG courses is INR 500/- for General and OBC candidates, and INR 400/- for ST/SC candidates.
• For PG courses and UG/PG diplomas, the fee is INR 600/- for Unreserved and OBC candidates, and INR 500/- for ST/SC candidates.
• Note that ST/SC candidates receive no fee relaxation for MBA programs; all MBA applicants must pay an application fee of INR 1,500.

Admission Process-

Admission to all undergraduate (UG) courses is granted through an Entrance Examination held by the University. Candidates who completed their Intermediate or equivalent prior to 2015 are ineligible to apply. The Entrance Examination for all UG courses will take place offline.

Similarly, admission to all postgraduate (PG) courses is based on an Entrance Examination conducted by the University. Candidates who have completed a three-year undergraduate degree in the relevant discipline are eligible to apply for PG courses.

Scdates. A merit list will be prepared based on the candidates' performance in the exam, and final admissions will be determined by this merit list.
