Mangalore Institute of Technology & Engineering offers several scholarships and financial assistance programs to support students. MITE also provides merit-based scholarships to academically deserving students. 

Following is the list of some of the scholarships that are offered to the students at Mangalore Institute of Technology & Engineering.

• SC/ST/OBC scholarship: Provided to SC/ST/OBC students to help them pursue their studies without financial constraints, in compliance with Government of India and UGC guidelines.

• MITE Student Welfare Committee (SWC) assists SC/ST/OBC students by providing information to avail government scholarships.

• MITE has a dedicated Student Welfare Committee that works towards eliminating social disparities and providing equal opportunities to all students.
