National Institute of Construction Management & Research University (NICMAR), Pune – Application/Admission Process

Application Process:

Candidates can apply either online or offline.

Online Application Steps:

  • Visit the official NICMAR
  • Click on “Apply Now” and fill out the application form.
  • Upload required documents, including a passport-sized photograph and signature.
  • Pay the application fee (INR 2,000 for one program, INR 2,200 for two, INR 2,400 for three) via net banking or credit/debit card.
  • Submit the completed application form.

Offline Application Steps:

  • Download the application form from the NICMAR
  • Fill it out and attach a passport-sized photograph along with required documents.
  • Pay the application fee via demand draft made out to "NICMAR" payable at Pune.
  • Send the completed form to the Dean of Admissions at NICMAR's address.

Selection Process:

The selection of candidates is based on multiple components.

Entrance Exams:

For MBA: NICMAR Common Admission Test (PG-NCAT) followed by Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI).

For other programs: UG-NCAT or relevant entrance exams as specified.

Weightage Distribution:

  • NCAT: 300 marks
  • GD: 20 marks
  • PI: 30 marks

Application Rating: 70 marks
