Symbiosis Centre for Management & Human Resource Development (SCMHRD), Pune – Application/Admission Process

1. Online Application and SNAP Registration:

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates). Final-year students can also apply, provided they meet the eligibility criteria by the time of admission.

SNAP Examination: Applicants must register for the Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP), which is the entrance exam for SCMHRD. The application fee for SNAP is INR 2,000, and candidates must also pay an additional fee of INR 1,000 for each program applied to at SCMHRD.

2. Selection Rounds: After securing a valid SNAP score, shortlisted candidates will proceed to the selection rounds, which include:

• Written Ability Test (WAT): This assesses the candidate's writing skills.
• Group Exercise (GE): This evaluates teamwork and communication abilities.
• Personal Interaction (PI): A personal interview to gauge the candidate's fit for the program.
• Each of these components contributes to the final merit list as follows:
• SNAP Score: 50%
• Personal Interaction: 30%
• Group Exercise: 10%
• Written Ability Test: 10%.

3. Merit List Declaration and Final Admission: The final merit list will be published based on the performances in the selection rounds. Candidates who make it to the list must confirm their admission by paying the required fees.

Required Documents: At the time of admission, candidates need to submit several documents, which are listed below.

• Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets
• Graduation mark sheet and degree certificate
• Character certificate
• Transfer and migration certificates
• Caste certificate (if applicable)
