North Delhi Municipal Corporation Medical College is a medical college and hospital established in 2013 in Delhi, India. It is affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and recognized by the National Medical Commission. It offers the Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) degree to 50 students annually through the National Eligibility and Entrance Test. The college is at Malka Ganj, Kamla Nehru Ridge, Civil Lines. It is associated with the Hindu Rao Hospital, the largest multi-speciality hospital run by the Delhi Municipal Corporation. The founder and dean of the college is Prof. Vinay Kumar Tiwari, the founder and director of Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Medical Sciences and a former director and medical superintendent of PGIMER and RML Hospital. He is a member of the governing council of AIIMS and a specialist in plastic surgery.
