PSG College of Technology's Career Development Centre (CDC) plays a pivotal role in facilitating campus recruitment, catering to both multinational and national companies. The CDC operates independently and is overseen by a Dean of Placement & Training. This leadership is complemented by a Corporate Liaison Officer, a Lead - Placement, and a Placement Officer, ensuring a structured approach to recruitment operations. The Lead - Placement acts as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for all recruiting entities, effectively managing recruitment drives and the overarching operations of the centre.Furthermore, the CDC is supported by Individual Coordinators who are tasked with overseeing internship and training activities linked to placements. A dedicated team of student placement representatives, under the guidance of faculty coordinators from various programs, contributes significantly to the successful execution of placement activities. The Career Development Centre is housed in a modern, air-conditioned facility, boasting advanced infrastructure designed to accommodate various recruitment processes. This includes spaces for Pre-Placement Talks, Aptitude Tests, Written Tests, Group Discussions, and Interviews, ensuring that students are well-prepared for their future careers in a conducive environment.
