Government & State-Backed Scholarship Schemes

  • MYSY (Mukhyamantri Yuva Swavalamban Yojana): Eligible students enrolled in professional and technical courses (such as B.Tech, MBA, MCA) who belong to economically weaker sections (EWS/General) can avail themselves of substantial tuition fee waivers (up to 50% or capped limits like Rs.50,000 annually for technical degrees), alongside book grants and hostel allowances, provided they meet the criteria of scoring 80+ percentile in 10+2/qualifying exams and have a family income under ?6 lakh per annum.

  • Category-Based Post-Matric Scholarships: Students belonging to reserved categories (SC, ST, SEBC, and OBC) can apply for direct financial support and tuition fee reimbursements through the centralized Digital Gujarat Portal, governed by state social welfare norms.
