Sri Siddhartha Medical College is located in Tumakuru, Karnataka, approximately 76 kilometers from Bengaluru along the Bengaluru-Honnavar National Highway. Established in 1988 under the aegis of the Sri Siddhartha Education Society (SSES), the college was inaugurated by the then Prime Minister of India, Rajiv Gandhi.
