Animal House- Pharmaceuticals and medications must undergo animal testing before being administered to humans. As a result, since 2004, SAASC College has maintained a cutting-edge Animal House Facility that allows students to research how medications affect animal models. In accordance with the rules established and upheld by the Committee for the Purpose of Control and Supervision on Experiments on Animals (CCSEA), SAASC keeps a well-equipped Animal House.

Media Centre- In 2015, the college created the Visual Communication Department. The Department prepares the students to handle the difficulties that arise in the media industry. The department is equipped with all the tools required, and the college faculty uses them to create e-content.

Auditorium- The Paduka Arangam Auditorium can accommodate up to 800 students. The computer center is located there as well.
