St. Philomena’s College, Mysuru – Application/Admission Process

Application Steps:

Online Application:

  • Candidates must fill out the online application form available on the official college website.
  • Ensure that all personal details are accurately entered.

Document Submission:

Along with the application form, candidates must submit photocopies (not originals) of:

  • Pre-University/XII Std. Marks Card
  • Conduct Certificate
  • Transfer Certificate
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Foreign students should include photocopies of all passport pages with entries made.

Registration Fee: Submit the application form to the College Office along with the prescribed registration fee. An unregistered application will not be considered.

Admission Day:

  • Candidates must appear on a specified date along with a parent/guardian for admission.
  • Bring original documents including SSLC, PUC/+2 Marks Card, Transfer Certificate, and four passport-sized photographs.

Eligibility Certificate: Students from outside Karnataka or foreign students must obtain an Eligibility Certificate from the University of Mysore before admission; the college provides assistance in this process.

For UG Programs:

  • Class 12th Marks Card
  • Conduct Certificate
  • Transfer Certificate
  • Aadhaar Card

For SC/ST students: Original Caste Certificate and two attested copies.

For PG Programs:

  • Bachelor’s degree certificate with at least 45% marks in relevant subjects.
  • Conduct Certificate and other relevant documents as specified by the college.

Selection Criteria:

  • Admissions are primarily based on the candidate's performance in their qualifying examination (Class 12th for UG and Bachelor's degree for PG).
  • The college processes applications within ten days, after which a list of selected candidates is posted on the college notice board.
