SUVR & SR Govt.Polytechnic for Women, located at Ethamamukkala village, Kothapatnam Mandal, Prakasam District which is 800mtrs away from sea shore . SUVR & SR Govt.Polytechnic for Women was established in the year 1987 and the land measures about 9 acres 24 cents. This land was donated by Sri Ulchi Venka Reddy and Sitaravamma then after the college name was named on their names. And it was sanctioned 3 branches those are Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Diploma in Computer Engineering and Diploma in Commercial and Computer Practice with the strength of 40, 30 and 40 students respectively. And also have 2 buildings of Students Managed Hostels with the strength of 224 students. Many students who have passed out from this college were working in reputed MNCâ??s and also in ISRO, PSUs, Secretariat and Government offices etc. And also college located in the healthy environment and there is no sound pollution. All the labs were well equipped and highly qualified staff were available. Skill Development Centre is there to train our students and also outside students.
