University of Science and Technology, Meghalaya – Application /Admission process

Candidates who wish to get admission to this University have to follow the below-given steps:

Online

• Visit the University's official website- ustm.ac.in
• Click on Apply Online Link
• Fill all the details correctly by going through all the instructions carefully
• Pay the application fee (INR 700/- for all courses, INR1000/- for MBA and INR 2000/- for Ph.D)
• Make payment through Credit or Debit Card/ Net Banking and submit the form.
• Keep the printout of the form for future reference 

Offline

Candidate who wants to get admission to this University can get the form from the University Counter at - USTM, Meghalaya; Techno City, USTM, Kling Road, Baridua, 9th Mile, Meghalaya.

• Candidates can also download the form from the University website and submit it by paying the fees mentioned above
• Candidates can also get the form through post simply by sending DD in favour of “University of Science & Technology, Meghalaya” payable at Guwahati.
• Fill out the application form.
• For UG and PG courses, candidates need to pay INR 775, INR 1075 in the case of the MBA programme and INR 1575 in the case of the PhD.
• Finally, submit the form.

The below-given documents are required at the time of admission:

• Mark sheets and Certificates of 10^th and 12^th
• Character certificate
• Experience Certificate if any
• Entitlement Proof for Reserved Category
• No Objection Certificate if any (from current employer)
• Permanent Address proof.
