Scholarships are awarded under distinct categories based on admission metrics, entrance performance, and specialized criteria:

1. Scholarships Based on Composite Score

Awarded according to the student’s overall admission composite score (factoring in academics, entrance tests, and personal interviews):

  • Composite Score above 90%: INR 1,50,000

  • Composite Score above 85%: INR 1,00,000

  • Composite Score above 80%: INR 75,000

  • Composite Score above 75%: INR 50,000

  • Excellence Scholarship: 100% tuition fee waiver for up to the top 2 candidates per batch who achieve a composite score of 90% and above.

2. Scholarships Based on National Level Tests (NLT)

Merit-based waivers are extended based on scores achieved in exams like CAT, XAT, GMAT, MAT, CMAT, or ATMA. For example:

  • CAT / XAT / GMAT (80+ Percentile): Up to INR 4,00,000

  • MAT / CMAT (80+ Percentile): Up to INR 3,00,000

  • Tiered brackets exist for lower percentile ranges down to 60 percentile.

3. Talent, Location, and Diversity Scholarships

  • Arts & Sports Talent Scholarship: Offers fee waivers ranging from 10% to 25% for state/national-level participants and winners in extracurricular activities.

  • Location-Specific Scholarship: Outstation students hailing from states other than Andhra Pradesh and Telangana who secure 75% or above in NLT are eligible for up to a 25% tuition fee waiver (up to INR 2,25,000).

  • Differently Abled Students: A 25% fee waiver (up to INR 2,25,000) for differently-abled students scoring 60 percentile and above in NLT exams.

4. Need-Based and Special Category Scholarships

  • Financial Aid (BPL): Up to a 50% tuition fee waiver (up to INR 4,50,000) for students coming from low-income backgrounds.

  • Defense Personnel Scholarship: A 20% fee waiver (up to INR 1,80,000) for children of defense personnel.

  • Sister Institute / Alumni Benefit: Special fee concessions for graduates, children of alumni, or staff members originating from institutions under the broader Vignana Jyothi Group.
