AP TET 2021 is conducted for the candidates who aspire to become Teachers for Classes I to VIII in all Schools (Govt. / ZP / MP / Municipal /Recognized Pvt. Aided & Pvt. Un-Aided etc.,) in the State of Andhra Pradesh. The minimum qualifications to become a teacher includes a Pass in Teacher Eligibility Test (TET). Govt of Andhra Pradesh conducts Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) at least once every year for all persons. AP TET 2021 consists of two examination paper – I and Paper-II. AP TET 2021 Notification

APTET 2021 Notification has been released on the official website of Andhra Pradesh State Teacher Eligibility Test (AP TET) - as per which the examination will be conducted in September 2021 across 13 districts in the state of Andhra Pradesh along with test centres at Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai.

How to Fill AP TET 2021?

• Steps to apply for AP TET 2021 Application form
• Visit the official site i.e. on i.e. cgg.gov.in
• Search for the link ‘Andhra Pradesh TET 2021 Application Form’ and open it.
• Fill the necessary details required on the application form.
• Upload the scanned images and documents in the specified format.
• Review your form and make the application fee payment.
• After remitting fee, click on the submit option.
• After successful completion, don’t forget to take the print out of the application form.

Application fee   

Application fee amounts to Rs-500/- each for Paper-I and Paper-II.

Mode of payment would be via online mode.

AP TET Eligibility Criteria 2021

• Age of the candidate must not be less than 18ys and not more than 40yrs.
• Candidates must have cleared Intermediate standard from APBSC (Andhra Pradesh Board of Secondary Education).
• Bachelor’s degree is a must from the recognized university of the board.
• Ed degree is required from the recognized board.
• Candidates will be scrutinized in two divisions by two papers and they have to clear both papers.
• Paper I is conducted for the purpose for teachers taking classes from first standard students to 5thstandard students whereas Paper II is conducted to all Upper Primary Level Teaching Candidates those who desired to teach from the sixth standard to eighth standard level of students.

AP TET 2021 Exam Pattern

There are basically two papers: Paper-I is at the Primary teacher level (I-V) and Paper-II is at the Upper Primary Level (VI-VIII).

Only Objective type of questions will be asked.

It constitutes of 150questions of 150marks.

Duration of the question paper would be of 2 ½ hrs.

The qualified candidates will get pass certificate.
