Andhra Pradesh Residential Degree Colleges Common Entrance Test shortly named as APRDC  2024 notification and examination details have been announced by the Andhra Pradesh Residential Education Institution Society (APREIS) on behalf of the AP Government. Applications are invited from candidates who intend to take admissions into AP Residential Degree college campuses, located in  Vijayapuri South, Nagarjuna Sagar (Men, English Medium only) and Silver Jubilee Government College (Co-Education & Autonomous), Kurnool for the academic year 2024-2024.

APRDC CET 2024 Application Form

The applicants after satisfying the eligibility criteria APRDC CET can apply online mode at the official website only. The registration process will be held in two phases, in the first phase, the aspirant is required to pay the application fee while in the second phase the candidate can fill out the online application and submit it.

Step-1: Payment of Application Fee

1. Candidate Visit any of the AP Online / Mee-Seva with the following mandatory details and pay the requisite fee

• Candidate Name,
• Candidate Father Name
• Date of Birth
• Qualifying examination details
• Hall ticket number of SSC and Month and Year
• Mobile Number

You will receive a receipt from the application fee payment, containing a "Transaction Id ("Journal Number") from the payment center. Can proceed with submission application

Step-2: Fill up of Online Application

• Log in to the official website.
• Go through the instructions to fill up the form. Click on the link "Submit Application".
• After clicking the button the following "Payment verification" webpage will appear on the screen.
• Enter the Journal No, Date of Payment, and Date of Birth, Select the SSC Board, enter the SSC hall ticket number and Verification Code, and click upload.
• Then clicking on the button "Proceed filling application form"the application will be displayed.
• Fill the entire academic, study, reservation, and personal details. Upload a photo and signature and click the "Submit" button.
• . Click on appearing as “Print Application" link, enter the required details, and click submit button.

Eligibility Criteria for APRDC 2024

Educational Qualifications

1. Candidates have appeared for the Senior Intermediate Examination in March / April 2024 conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education AP (or) equivalent, only eligible to appear for the test subject to the other conditions. The candidate appearing for the Intermediate instant examinations in 2024 are not eligible for admission.
2. They should have passed the qualifying examination in one and first attempt in IPE-March 2024 and should have secure 50% of marks in aggregate and 40% of marks in English subject (There is a relaxation of 5% in the case of SC/ST/BC).
3. For B.All students are eligible irrespective of the subject studied in Intermediate. But they have to take entrance tests in History, Economics, and Civics.
4. For B.COM students of CEC (OR) as other groups are eligible. But they have to take the entrance test in Economics, Commerce-1, and Commerce-2.
5. For B.SC (Maths, Statistics, and Computer Science), the MEC students have to write entrance in Maths, Economics, and Commerce-1.
6. For B.SC courses students must have studied the respective subjects at the Intermediate level.

Nationality and Domicile

Candidate must be a resident of India and must have studied in Andhra Pradesh only.

APRDC 2024 Exam Pattern

1. There will be one question paper for 2 & 1/2 hours duration.
2. The question paper will be administered through a Paper and Pen-based test.
3. The question paper will be in Telugu and English.
4. The question paper will be objective type and multiple choice.
5. The question paper will carry a total of 150 marks. Each question carries "1".
6. There will be three papers for 40 marks in each subject in addition to an English paper for 30 marks. English paper is common to all.

APRDC CET 2024 Syllabus

The examination will be of 2 1/2 hours duration consisting of only one paper as per the Intermediate (1st year and 2nd year) syllabus (Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad) for Group subjects.

APRDC CET 2024 Admit Card

The candidates who have registered successfully online can download their admit cards from www.aprs.ccg.gov.in. AP RDC Halltickets will be available from the 4th week of April 2024.

• Open the official website aprs.cgg.gov.in
• Find the results button and click it
• Enter your Hall Ticket No.
• Click the submit button
• The Results can appear on the screen
• Download and use your Results copy anywhere

APRDC CET 2024 Counselling Process

Candidates will be selected on the basis of merit list in the entrance test, community reservation, local area, and special category.

• Merit in the entrance examination.
• The option of the college exercised in counseling.
• Rule of reservation.
• Reservation for under special category.

Reservation Details

1. The reservation of seats will be as per Govt orders issued from time to time.
2. 33% seats in each course are ensured to women candidates at Silver Jubilee Government College (A) Kurnool.

Important Instructions

1. Candidates can apply online and pay the application fee Online only.
2. Candidate must ensure that mobile numbers and the e-mail address entered in the online application form are his/her own as in case of urgency authority may send information/communications by SMS on given mobile number.
3. While filling out the Online Application, the candidate has to opt for the course, once a course has been opted for, that cannot be changed.
4. Examination centers should be chosen carefully as changes are not allowed after the submission of the application.
5. Hall ticket: The organizing authority will provide a facility for downloading online admit cards of the entrance exam on the official website tentatively from 3rd week of April. Hall tickets will not be sent by post. After examination, the hall ticket link will be closed, so candidates can take 3 or 4 printouts for feature reference.
6. Results: The board will conduct the APRDC 2024, evaluate the answer sheets, and likely declare the result by the last week of May the merit list will be hosted on the website
