PESSAT 2026  Eligibility Criteria-

General Guidelines

  • PESSAT is conducted for UG and PG programs in fields like Management, Design, Law, CSIT, Pharmacy, Psychology, etc.
  • B.Tech admissions are no longer through PESSAT (from 2025 onward). Candidates must apply via JEE Main or KCET.

The B.Tech programs require candidates to pass a 10+2 or equivalent exam with at least 45% aggregate marks in Physics, Mathematics, and one of the relevant subjects. The admission process is based on JEE Main 2026 or KCET 2026 scores.

The B.Des program requires candidates to pass a 10+2 or equivalent exam with at least 50% aggregate marks. The PESSAT Design Aptitude Test evaluates creativity, spatial ability, and design thinking.

The BBA/B.Com program requires a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. The MBA program requires a Bachelor's degree with at least 50% aggregate marks.

The M.Tech program requires a B.Tech/B.E. degree in the relevant discipline with at least 50% aggregate marks.

The B.Arch program requires a 10+2 or equivalent exam with at least 50% aggregate marks and a valid NATA score.

The diploma program requires a 10+3 examination with at least 60% aggregate marks in the appropriate branch of Engineering/Technology.
