TS LPCETTelangana State Language Pandit Common Entrance Test (TS LPCET) is a common entrance exam conducted by School Education Department, Telangana Government for admissions in government IASE/CTEs and private language training colleges for one year Language Pandit Training courses (TPT/HPT/UPT) in all 31 districts of the state.

TS LPCET 20## Eligibility Criteria:
1) Candidate should be of Indian Nationality.
2) Candidate should satisfy the status of local and non-local as per the requirement laid down in TS Educational Institutions Order 1974 Regulation of Admission.
3) Candidates should complete 19 years of age. No upper age limit.
4) Candidate should hold a degree with Telugu or Hindi or Urdu Languages as subject

TS LPCET 20## Application Form:
Application Fee: Rs 200 /-
Fee can be paid through the payment gateway (online).
TS LPCET 20## Applications will be received online only. TS LPCET 20## Application form will be available from May 20## tentatively.
How to Apply Online:
1) Visit the official website and pay the application fee through the payment gateway.
2) Click on “Application Form” and enter the details of fee payment.
3) Proceed to the Application form and fill the personal and academic details.
4) Upload the photograph and signature.
5) Submit the application and take a printout for future reference.

TS LPCET 20## Exam Pattern: Duration: 2 Hours
1) Mode: Computer-based test
2) Type: Completely objective type i.e. multiple choice questions
3) Duration: 2 Hours
4) Subjects: Current Affairs, Numerical Ability, Language, Literature.
5) Question Paper will be comprised of a total of 100 questions.
6) Total Marks: 100 marks
7) Each question carries 1 mark.

TS LPCET 20## Syllabus:

a) Numerical Ability
b) Language
c) Literature
d) Current Affairs
Numerical Ability:
Four fundamental operations (Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication & Division) and Averages.
Language:
Telugu Pandit: 1st Language of 8th to 10th classes of TS State Syllabus
Hindi Pandit: 2nd Language of 8th to 10th classes of TS State Syllabus
Urdu Pandit: 1st Language of 8th to 10th classes of TS State Syllabus
Literature: Graduate Degree Standard
TS LPCET 20## Hall Tickets:
Candidate can download the hall tickets from the official website of TS LPCET 20##. Hall tickets will be issued from June 20## tentatively. Hall tickets will contain information regarding candidate and test date, time and venue.
TS LPCET 20## Qualifying Marks:
Qualifying marks in the entrance test for 35% of the aggregate marks for general category candidates. There shall be no minimum qualifying marks for SC/ST category candidates.
TS LPCET 20## Results & Rank Card:
Candidate can get the TS LPCET 20## results from the official website of TS LPCET 20##. Results will be announced on July 20## tentatively. Rank card will be made available in the official website on the day of result announcement.
TS LPCET 20## Counselling
The counselling procedure for TS LPCET 20## starts from July 20## tentatively. A prescribed fee must be paid for web options. Counselling procedure will consist of submission of web options by candidates, allotment of seats to candidates, issue of provisional letters for admission, verification of certificates at DIETs and issue of final submission letter.
TS LPCET 20## General Instructions:
1) TS LPCET 20## application forms will be received only through online.
2) In case of any clarifications before, during or after submission of application online the candidates may contact the Help Desk at Telephone Numbers
3) Fee once remitted shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
4) No corrections will be entertained after submission of online application.
5) Furnishing of false, wrong or inaccurate information leads to cancellation of the test result and even prosecution in appropriate cases.
6) No request for re-checking, re-assessment, re-evaluation or scrutiny of answer-sheets will be entertained.
7) All disputes pertaining to the conduct of LPCET shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Telangana High Court only.
8) TS LPCET 20## is conducted as online exam i.e. Computer based test.
9) Guidelines for appearing online exam of TS LPCET 20## will be given in the official website for the awareness of candidates.
10) No materials, books, electronic gadgets will be allowed inside the examination hall.
11) No candidate will be allowed inside exam hall without Hall Ticket.
12) After the commencement of the exam, no candidate will be allowed in the exam centre.
13) If the no. of candidates is less than 200 in a particular district the centre may be merged in the neighbouring district.
