Telangana State Language Pandit Common Entrance Test (TG LPCET) is a common entrance exam conducted by the School Education Department, Telangana Government for admissions in government IASE/CTEs and private language training colleges for one year Language Pandit Training courses (TPT/HPT/UPT) in all 31 districts of the state.

TG LPCET 2025 Important Dates

TG LPCET2025 Eligibility Criteria:

1) The candidate should be of Indian Nationality.

2) The candidate should satisfy the status of local and non-local as per the requirement laid down in TG Educational Institutions Order 1974 Regulation of Admission.

3) Candidates should complete 19 years of age. No upper age limit.

4) Candidate should hold a degree in Telugu or Hindi or Urdu Languages as the subject

TG LPCET 2025 Application Form:

Application Fee: Rs 200 /-

Fee can be paid through the payment gateway (online).

TG LPCET2025 Applications will be received online only. TG LPCET2025 Application form will be available from May2025 tentatively.

How to Apply Online:

1) Visit the official website and pay the application fee through the payment gateway.

2) Click on “Application Form” and enter the details of fee payment.

3) Proceed to the Application form and fill in the personal and academic details.

4) Upload the photograph and signature.

5) Submit the application and take a printout for future reference.

TG LPCET 2025 Exam Pattern:                                          Duration: 2 Hours

1) Mode: Computer-based test

2)  Type: Completely objective type i.e. multiple choice questions

3) Duration: 2 Hours

4) Subjects: Current Affairs, Numerical Ability, Language, Literature.

5) Question Paper will be comprised of a total of 100 questions.

6) Total Marks: 100 marks

7) Each question carries 1 mark.

TG LPCET 2025 Syllabus:

TG LPCET2025 syllabus will be comprised of subjects

a) Numerical Ability

b) Language

c) Literature

d) Current Affairs

Numerical Ability:

Four fundamental operations (Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication & Division) and Averages.

Language:

Telugu Pandit: 1^st Language of 8^th to 10^th classes of TG State Syllabus

Hindi Pandit: 2^nd Language of 8^th to 10^th classes of TG State Syllabus

Urdu Pandit: 1^st Language of 8^th to 10^th classes of TG State Syllabus

Literature: Graduate Degree Standard

TG LPCET 2025 Hall Tickets:

Candidates can download the hall tickets from the official website of TG LPCET2025. Hall tickets will be issued from June 2025 tentatively. Hall tickets will contain information regarding the candidate and test date, time and venue.

TG LPCET2025 Qualifying Marks:

Qualifying marks in the entrance test for 35% of the aggregate marks for general category candidates. There shall be no minimum qualifying marks for SC/ST category candidates.

TG LPCET 2025 Results & Rank Card:

Candidates can get the TG LPCET2025 results from the official website of TG LPCET2025. Results will be tentatively announced in July 2025. Rank card will be made available in the official website on the day of the result announcement.

TG LPCET 2025 Counselling

The counselling procedure for TG LPCET2025 starts in July 2025 tentatively. A prescribed fee must be paid for web options. The counselling procedure will consist of the submission of web options by candidates, allotment of seats to candidates, issue of provisional letters for admission, verification of certificates at DIETs and the issue of final submission letter.

TG LPCET 2025 General Instructions:

1) TG LPCET2025 application forms will be received only through online.

2) In case of any clarifications before, during or after submission of the application online the candidates may contact the Help Desk at Telephone Numbers

3) Fee once remitted shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

4) No corrections will be entertained after submission of the online application.

5) Furnishing of false, wrong or inaccurate information leads to cancellation of the test result and even prosecution in appropriate cases.

6) No request for re-checking, re-assessment, re-evaluation or scrutiny of answer sheets will be entertained.

7) All disputes pertaining to the conduct of LPCET shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Telangana High Court only.

8) TG LPCET2025 is conducted as an online exam i.e. Computer based test.

9) Guidelines for appearing online exam of TG LPCET2025 will be given in the official website for the awareness of candidates.

10) No materials, books, electronic gadgets will be allowed inside the examination hall.

11) No candidate will be allowed inside exam hall without Hall Ticket.

12) After the commencement of the exam, no candidate will be allowed in the exam centre.

13)  If the no. of candidates is less than 200 in a particular district the centre may be merged in the neighbouring district.
