CBSE to conduct 11th CTET 2018 in September

The Central Board of Secondary Education will be conducting the 11th edition of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) on September 16, 2018 (Sunday). The test will be conducted in 92 cities all over the country. The online application process will begin from June 22 and the candidates can apply online till July 17.

The detailed Information Bulletin containing details of examination, syllabus, eligibility criteria, examination fee, examination cities and important dates will be available on CTET official website www.ctet.nic.in by June 12, 2018.

The aspiring candidates are requested to download the Information Bulletin from the above-mentioned website only and read the same carefully before applying. The aspiring candidates have to apply online only through CTET website www.ctet.nic.in

Here's all the information you need to know:

Examination:

Paper II: 9.30 am to 12.00 pm

Paper I: 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm

Paper pattern:

Paper 1 will be for the aspirants who wish to be a teacher for classes 1 to 5.

Paper 2 will be for the candidate who wish to be a teacher for classes 6 to 8.

Application fees:

General/OBC category: Rs 600 for one paper and Rs 1000 for both paper I and paper II.

SC/ST/Differently-abled category: Rs 300 for one paper and Rs 500 for both the papers.

Commencement of application process: June 22

Last date to apply: July 17

Last date to submit application fees: July 21
