GSAT-2011 tomorrow

VISAKHAPATNAM: GITAM University is conducting GITAM Science Admission Test (GSAT) 2011 on May 6 to admit students into its under-graduate and PG science programmes, a five-year integrated M.Sc. programme in biotechnology, and MCA programmes.

GITAM Institute of Science is offering two UG programmes, 11 PG programmes, integrated M.Sc. in biotechnology here, and MCA at Visakhapatnam and Hyderabad campuses.

Eligibility

Admission is based on the rank obtained in the GSAT and a candidate must have a minimum aggregate of 50 per cent in group subjects in the qualifying examination, principal N. Lakshmana Das informed.

In GSAT-2011, there will be 60 multiple choice questions from the syllabus which can be downloaded from the GITAM website www.gitam.edu. Ranks will be given separately based on the performance in the respective test. Hall-tickets have been dispatched to the students, Prof. Lakshmana Das said.
