This is a nine-month programme designed to empower practicing managers and leaders to unlock their full coaching potential and positively influence their teams.Interested candidates have time till February 28 to apply for this long distance programme by IIM Bangalore. The programme fee is Rs 7,40,000.Candidates are required to upload their resume and graduation certificate in the online application portal. The list of shortlisted candidates will be made on March 5 and 12, 2024.This programme will begin on April 1 and will comprise a blend of in-person sessions and live, online sessions, spread over the nine-month period. The course content is divided into three modules, with the first module focusing on the essence of coaching and developing individual as well as interpersonal effectiveness. The second module delves into the details of practicing and expanding coaching skills, while the last module allows participants to practically build their ‘Coaching Muscle’.After the successful completion of the programme, IIMB EEP alumni status will be granted to participants, and the coaching certification will help them obtain ICF certified ACC-level coach accreditation.
