The Plus One examinations were conducted in March 2026. The results, originally scheduled for June, were delayed after examinations in Gulf centres had to be rescheduled.

The Kerala Plus One examinations are conducted every year by the DHSE for students seeking promotion to Class 12. Students are required to secure the minimum qualifying marks prescribed by the board in each subject to be declared successful.
The Kerala Plus One (Class 11) annual examinations for 2026 were held in offline mode between March 5 and March 27. Conducted from 1:30 pm to 4:15 pm each day, the exams saw students from the Science, Commerce and Humanities streams appear at examination centres across the state.
Those who are unable to clear one or more subjects will be able to appear for the Save A Year (SAY) examination as per the board's schedule.
