3/5. Overall a very good experience of studying over here. I am from 2017 batch. I studied computer science and i was a hosteller. You make many friends here who becomes your family later. The environment here is very friendly, helpful and supportive. You have a temple, hospital, canteens in short everything in your campus itself. The college makes you feel home. It is such a beautiful campus. You have seperate blocks for each department. The lecturers here are very good and supportive. They teach you everything theoretically and practically. They even take you to the particular lab and explain everything in a practical manner. You need to have 80 percnt attendance which is a lil problem over here. Other than that, you have lots of other opportunities to explore. You have lots of extra curricular activities like sports, singing, dancing etc. They have fest activities going on now and then so that you showcase your talent. Every year end you have a cultural fest. Overall studies are good over here. you have canteens in the campus which are pretty affordable. You have a strict dress code and strict rules for the hostellers. Coming to the most imp point, the PLACEMENT. This college provides you with the best placement opportunities. If you are good with your subjects and grades, you will surely land in a high profile job. Hope this review was helpful to you.

Campus Facilities: Bank and atm facilities are good. You have iob and cub banks in the campus itself for your help. Classrooms are clean and hygienic. Even you have separate lab for every course. Modern amenities needs to be improved. They have the same equipment used from years. They should come out with the latest technologies. Ac option need to provided for the hostellers. They do have washing machines, xerox, fax service, stationery, hospital within the campus itself.

Campus Life: This college has a beautiful campus. On the entrance, you have a ganesha temple which gives you peace. They have a lot of greenary inside. The best fest here is kuruksastra. This is the cultural fest they conduct at the end of year. This fest is a total of 3 days where partying goes out till late night. These 3 days have no rules, no restrictions just enjoyment. People from different colleges compete in singing and dancing. We get to see lots of celebrities during this time. The last day of this fest is legit. Like we had THE SINGER SID SRI RAM, STEPHEN DEVASI and lots of other celebrities do visit during this fest. If you are in sastra, never miss kuruksastra. You are gonna miss this for sure, once you are out of the college.

Faculty: The faculty here are very helpful and supportive. They never scold you unnecessarily. They teach you everything practically. You get assignments and seminars to do on your own so that you understand the subject really well. They clear each and every doubt with patience. Even if they dont have time in the class, they call you to their office seperately and clarify them. They keep on learning new things every now and then.

Placements: This is the best part of this college. Placements are best in this college. You have lecturers over here who help you with your placement. If you have basic skills and good grades, you will definitely get you job. During my college days, we had tcs, capgemini, paypal, microsoft, mindtree, L & T, Wipro, infosys etc. The highest paid was from paypal with 25lpa. We had 95 percent of placements with 980 students placed only in tcs where i was one of them.
