Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (AP EAPCET) is the exam conducted by the JNTU Kakinada on behalf of the APSCHE. It is conducted for admission into various professional courses offered in the University/Private Colleges in the State of Andhra Pradesh. The Qualified candidates of AP EAPCET 2024 who are desirous of seeking admission into B.E/B.Tech/Pharmacy Courses are informed that the web counselling process comprising of certificate verification commences being notified and exercising of options from to be notified 2024. The AP EAPCET 2024 counselling fees to be paid by the candidates are as follows:
OC/BC Category: Rs. 1200.
SC/ST Category: Rs. 600.
The counselling process is divided into various steps as given below:
Step 1: Payment of processing fee
Step 2: Verification of documents
Step 3: Password generation
Step 4: Option entry
Step 5: Freezing and modification of options
Step 6: Logout
Step 7: Allotment of seats
Step 8: Reporting to the allotted college
In order to take part in the counselling rounds, candidates are required to pay the counselling fee. The counselling fee can be paid using the method given below.
Candidates have to report at the designated helpline centres for document verification. Students will be called to verify documents as per the rank obtained in the entrance test. Only those candidates who have paid the registration fee will be considered for certificate verification at HLCs. After document verification, candidates will be issued a receipt of certificates. They are advised to verify the details printed on the form and fill in their area, sex, category, special reservation, date of birth, mobile number etc.
Candidates have to produce the original certificates and two sets of photocopies at the time of document verification. The list of documents to be produced during verification of documents is given below:
Before filling the options, candidates will have to register and generate a new password. Check the procedure for entering the options.
In this step, candidates will be able to choose colleges and courses as per preference. Check the steps provided below to fill options.
After successful registration and generation of password, candidates can log in using their log-in ID, hall ticket number, password, date of birth and captcha.
Candidates can fill in choices any number of times. Candidates not satisfied with the choices can change them within a specific time period in the step provided for freezing and modifications.
Candidates must click on 'Logout' from the options entry window. While clicking, it will display an alert containing three buttons. Candidates should choose any one of the following as per choice.
Cancel Logout - If candidates want to modify the changes in the option entry form, they can choose this button.
Save and Logout - The button will save the options submitted by the candidate and will display the details of the options exercised.
Confirm and Logout - If the candidates are sure about the choices filled by them can choose this option.
The provisional seat allotment of AP EAPCET 2024 counselling will be announced by the authority. Seat allotment displays merit, category, gender, local area, special reservation category etc. Candidates will be able to download the allotment order by logging in.
