Admission Formalities / Enrollment- Complete administrative steps like registration, orientation, subject allocations, maybe hostel / campus formalities.

All stages are mandatory: Screening, portfolio, interaction, and counseling are part of the unified evaluation process. You must complete all of them.

Q1. Who is eligible for counseling?

Ans: Only those candidates who qualify the screening / exam + portfolio + interview and appear in the merit list / shortlist are eligible.

Q2. Is there any separate counseling exam or test?

Ans: No separate exam — counseling is for allotment and formalities, not testing.

Q3. Can I change my specialization / course during counseling?

Ans: Usually yes, based on availability and merit, there is a “preference” or “choice locking” step. But changing after seat confirmation is unlikely or not allowed.

Q4. What if I miss the counseling date or deadline?

Ans: You might lose your allotted seat and your candidature may be canceled. ARCH may not entertain late submissions, so attending in time is crucial.
