AP EAPCET Application Form

AP EAPCET 2024 Application process commences tentatively in April 2024 (yet to be announced) and closes in May 2024, without a late fee. AP EAPCET (EAMCET) 2024 Application can be submitted even after the closing date, with a late fee as applicable depending on the date of submission, after the due date. The last date for submission of application for TS EAMCET 2024 with a late fee will be during June 2024. How to fill out AP EAPCET Application Form 2024?

• To visit the Official Website of sche.ap.gov.in/eapcet and pay the requisite application registration fee as applicable by opting for one of the following payment modes:
  • AP ONLINE/TS ONLINE
  • DEBIT/CREDIT/NET BANKING.
• Once filling up the application form is completed in all respects, candidates need to click the “SUBMIT’ button. Filled in Online Application Form will be generated which consists of the Registration Number and all details filled in by the candidate online.

• Candidates are required to save the filled-in application generated and obtain a printout, which is required for submission to the Invigilator on the day of examination, after affixing a recent coloured photograph duly attested by the Gazetted Officer or Principal of the College where the candidates studied their qualifying examination.

• Candidates should ensure strict care while filling up the application and review the details carefully before clicking the Submit button. The Convenor, AP EAPCET (EAMCET) 2024 reserves the right to reject the application at any stage, if the online application is incomplete or fails to satisfy the eligibility criteria or if any false/ incorrect information is furnished, or if the online application is submitted after the due date. 

• Candidates who are eligible and intend to appear for both the E Category and AM category should select the option Both (E & AM Category) together during submission of the online application form to get the same Centre of examination allotted for both tests. If this instruction is not followed, different Centres for E & AM category tests will be allotted to the candidates by EAPCET 2024 convenor.

Payment of AP EAPCET application fee

Late fee Rs 500/- to 10,000/-

Applicants have to select ‘fee payment’ tab after which the payment web page will be displayed on the screen. AP EAPCET registration fee can be paid through AP online or debit card/ credit card/ net banking. Candidates have to fill in the following details in the fee payment page and then click on the ‘Initiate payment’ button:

• Qualifying exam hall ticket number
• Candidate’s name
• Date of birth
• Mobile number
• Alternate mobile number
• Email ID
• Stream

After successful payment, applicants have to click on the ‘Proceed to fill application’ button to fill in details in the AP EAPCET application form 2024.

Filling details in AP EAPCET application form 2024

In the application form, it is mandatory to fill in details in fields with a ‘*’ symbol. Candidates have to enter the following details in the AP EAPCET application form 2024:

Candidate details: Name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, gender, birth state, birth district, Aadhaar card number/ enrollment number, category, special reservation category, local area, minority/ non-minority, the annual income of parents

Address: House number, village/ street/ locality, Mandal/ town/ city, district, state, pin code, telephone number, Email ID

Qualifying examination details:  Type of exam, the major subject of the qualifying exam, hall ticket number, year of appearing/ passing the qualifying exam,

Details of common entrance test: Stream/entrance test, the language in which CET questions to appear, 10+2 college type, SSC or equivalent hall ticket number and year of passing, class 6 to 12 place of study

AP EAPCET exam centre: Primary district, secondary district, name of 3 cities as per preference for each district

Uploading photograph and signature

 After filling required details in the AP EAPCET application form 2024, candidates have to upload scanned images of their recent passport-sized photograph and signature.

AP EAPCET Application Form 2024 - Requirements

Before proceeding to register for AP EAPCET 2024, candidates must be ready with the following requirements:

• Ration card number
• Debit card/ Credit card/ net banking details
• Hall ticket Number of Qualifying Examination
• Hall ticket Number of S.S.C. or equivalent
• Date of Birth
• Caste certificate (SC/ST/BC candidates)
• Aadhaar number
• PH, NCC, Sports etc.
• The annual income of parents
• Study or Residence or relevant certificate for proof of local status (last 12 years)
