HYDERABAD, — ICFAI Business School (IBS) has announced the official schedule and format for IBSAT 2026, offering management aspirants greater flexibility in choosing their test date and time. The entrance exam will be conducted across eight test dates in December 2026 through a remote-proctored online mode.
In a candidate-friendly initiative, IBSAT 2026 results, along with scholarship allotments, will be announced on the Monday immediately following each weekend test cycle.
IBSAT 2026
Candidates can choose from eight test dates spread across four consecutive weekends in December 2026. The test can be taken from home in either of the two available daily time slots:
Slot 1: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Slot 2: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Test results and scholarship decisions for IBSAT 2026 takers will be announced every Monday following each weekend test cycle.
Application Deadlines:
Tests 1 & 2: December 1, 2026
Tests 3 & 4: December 8, 2026
Tests 5 & 6: December 15, 2026
Tests 7 & 8: December 22, 2026
Due to limited slot capacity for each test window, candidates are advised to apply early to secure their preferred exam date and time.

IBS offers scholarships worth Rs 10 Crore to candidates appearing for IBSAT as well as other eligible management entrance tests. Applicants seeking admission and scholarship consideration based on CAT, NMAT by GMAC™, XAT, or GMAT™ scores can submit their official scorecards upon release. Scholarship decisions for candidates applying through these test channels will be officially announced in January 2027.
