Step-by-Step Counselling Procedure

1. Online Registration & Fee Payment: Candidates must register on the official portal (pecetadm.tgche.ac.in) using their hall ticket number and rank. A non-refundable processing fee is required (typically Rs. 800 for General/BC and Rs. 400-500 for SC/ST, subject to official notification confirmation).
2. Certificate Verification: You must upload scanned copies of required documents via the portal or visit a designated Help Line Centre (HLC) if required by the official guidelines. This step is mandatory before you can proceed to web options.
3. Web Options Entry: Once verified, log in to the portal to fill in your preferred colleges and courses in order of priority. It is recommended to use a desktop/laptop for this process and to save and freeze your choices before the deadline.
4. Seat Allotment: Seats are provisionally allocated based on your rank and options. You can check your allotment status by logging into the official portal.
5. Reporting to College: Candidates must download their allotment letter, pay the required tuition fees, and report to the allotted institution within the stipulated dates.
