The application process for TNSET 2026 is conducted entirely online with strict adherence to deadlines and document guidelines to qualify for Assistant Professor eligibility in Tamil Nadu colleges and universities. Register using a valid email ID and mobile phone number to create a login ID and password.

Fill Application Form

Login and enter personal details, academic qualifications, choice of subject (Paper 2), communication address, category, etc.

Upload Documents

Upload scanned passport-sized photograph, signature, and category certificate (if applicable) in the prescribed format and size.

Pay Application Fee

Pay the application fee online via credit/debit card, net banking, or UPI. Fees vary by category:

  • General: Rs. 2500
  • BC/BCM/DNC: Rs. 2000
  • SC/SCA/ST/PwD: Rs. 800

Review and Submit

Verify all details carefully before final submission. Make corrections if needed before submitting.

Download Confirmation

After successful submission and payment, download and print the confirmation page or receipt for future reference.
