Telangana State Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Examination (TS PGECET) is a state-level computer-based Common Entrance Examination conducted by Osmania University for the year 2024, on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE).
TS PGECET 2024 is the gateway for admissions into various Colleges/Universities across Telangana state for postgraduate Courses (M.E/M.Tech/M.Arch/M.Pharm) in Engineering, Technology, Architecture and Pharmacy fields.
TS PGECET RESULTS 2024: STEPS TO DOWNLOAD RESULTS/RANK CARD:
Following steps are involved in accessing the TS PGECET 2024 RESULTS:
• Candidates need to visit official website of TS PGECET at pgecet.tsche.ac.in• To enter registration number, date of birth and hall ticket number of TS PGECET 2024.• Result/rank card page shall open. Candidates need to check the details for correctness and download, save and take a printout of the same for future reference.
• Candidates can also check their results on our vidyavision.com.
Following are the contents of the Rank Card. Candidates need to check for its correctness and in case of any obvious mistakes, he/she needs to contact the convenor, TS PGECET 2024.
• Name of the candidate• Father’s Name• Rank Secured• Marks obtained in the TS PGECET 2024• Percentile Score• Qualifying status of the candidate.
• TS PGECET 2024 counselling shall be conducted online mode through online registration and certificate verification and payment through online mode and uploading copies of scanned certificates for verification by the Officer concerned.
• Preference shall be given to GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) scores and seats are filled first. TS PGECET 2024 seat allotment shall be based on the availability after filling up through the qualified GATE candidates.
• Candidates need to pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs.600/- (General category) and Rs.300/- by reserved category of candidates (SC/ST).
• At the time of certificate verification, candidates must carry all original documents to the Help Centre.
Following paragraphs describe the process of counselling of TS PG ECET 2024.
(1) TS PG ECET 2024: COUNSELLING: Registration/Payment of Processing Fee for Counselling:
Candidates need to visit the official website, register with the credentials like email address and mobile number. To pay processing fee of Rs.600/- (for general candidates) and Rs.300/- (for SC/ST candidates) must be paid online through Debit/Credit/Net banking modes.
(2) TS PG ECET 2024 : COUNSELLING : Filling of application form on line:
Post-registration, candidates need to fill application form on line with the details of the candidate’s personal, communication and academics. Further, a recent pass port size photograph needs to be uploaded. Candidates also need to upload Admit Card.
Once application is submitted online successfully, candidates need to obtain a print out of the same for future reference.
(3) TS PG ECET 2024: COUNSELLING: Verification of documents of the candidate:
Under this step, candidates are required to visit the Counselling Help Centre nearer to him/her and must get the documents verified by the Verification Officer of the Counselling Help Centre. Candidates need to carry the following documents with a set of photocopies also.
• Scorecard of TS PGECET 2024/GATE• Memorandum of Marks of qualifying examination• Degree Certificate/Provisional Degree certificate• Memorandum of Marks from SSC/10th Class/Intermediate (12th class)• Domicile certificate issued by the Competent Authority• Aadhar Card• Reservation certificate (Integrated Caste Certificate), if applicable issued by the competent Authority.• Valid Income Certificate.Following are the Counselling Centres:
• Kakatiya University, Warangal• Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University Masab Tank, Hyderabad.• AV College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Gagan Mahal Road, Hyderabad.• Nizam’s College, Basheer Bagh, Hyderabad.
(4) TS PGECET 2024: COUNSELLING: Choice Filling:
Post-verification of Certificates, candidates need to visit the official website and fill their choice of College and Course in order of preference.
(5) TS PGECET 2024: COUNSELLING: Allotment of Seats:
Seat allotment letters must be downloaded by the candidates from the official website. The Counselling authorities allot seats to the candidates in two rounds, as per the Ranks Secured, choice of the candidates, availability of seats and the reservation status.
(6) TS PGECET 2024: COUNSELLING: Reporting to the College allotted:
The selected candidates to whom allotment letters have been issued must report to their respective University/College/Institute on the stipulated date and time and confirm their admission by complying with the pre-admission formalities like payment of academic fee etc.
