  • Provide personal details including name, date of birth, gender, category, and nationality.
  • Enter academic details such as qualifying examination information, board/university name, year of passing, and percentage/CGPA obtained.

Step 3: Upload Documents

  • Candidates must upload scanned copies of their recent photograph and signature in the specified formats and dimensions.
  • Ensure that all uploaded documents meet the requirements to avoid issues during the application process.

Step 4: Course Selection

Select the courses for which you wish to apply through UPCET. Ensure that your choices align with your eligibility and interests.

Step 5: Review Application

Carefully review all entered information for accuracy. Make any necessary corrections before final submission.

Step 6: Payment of Application Fee

Pay the application fee through online methods such as debit/credit card or net banking.

The fee structure varies based on the candidate's category:

  • General / Unreserved: INR 650
  • General-EWS / OBC-NCL: INR 600
  • SC / ST / PwBD / Third Gender: INR 550

Step 7: Print Confirmation Page

After successful payment and submission of the application form, take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference.

Q1. When will the UPCET 2026 form be released?

Ans. CUET PG (for PG like MBA/MCA): first week of January 2026 (online only). CUET UG (for UG like B.Tech /B.Pharm/BHMCT etc.): first week of March 2026.

Ans. Register on exams.nta.ac.in (CUET-UG/CUET-PG) with name, email, mobile, Aadhaar, category, and create a password; note the generated application number. Complete application by entering personal, category, academic details, choosing courses and exam centres, uploading photo/signature (and category/PwD certificates if applicable), then pay the fee online and print multiple copies of the final form.

Q3. Is there an application form correction facility?

Ans. Yes, a limited-time correction window opens after the last date of form submission on the same portal. Typically, only select fields (e.g., some personal or academic details) can be edited; core identity fields (name, DOB, category in some cases) may be locked or changeable only with conditions, and there is usually no extra correction fee, though fee may change if category/gender is changed.

Ans. Valid email ID and mobile number, Aadhaar or other ID, Class 10 and 12 mark-sheet details, category/domicile/PwD certificates (if applicable), and bank/payment details are needed. Scanned passport-size photo and signature in prescribed format and size (JPEG, specified KB range, correct background) are mandatory uploads.
