Cambridge Institute of Technology Scholarships & Eligibility

Cambridge Institute of Technology (CIT), Bangalore offers generous scholarships based on entrance exam ranks, academic merit, and government schemes. Students can receive up to a 100% tuition fee waiver depending on their KCET /COMEDK rank, along with additional financial aid through state and national programs.

 CIT Scholarship Schemes

  • Merit-Based Fee Waivers (KCET /COMEDK  ranks)
    • 100% fee waiver: Rank between 1000–2000
    • 75% fee waiver: Rank between 2000–5000
    • 25% fee waiver: Rank between 5000–7000
  • Performance & Background-Based Scholarships
    • Awards range from Rs.5,000 to Rs.60,000 annually depending on merit and category.
    • Special consideration for students from military families, faculty wards, and economically weaker sections.
    • Caste-based reservations (SC/ST, OBC) also qualify for financial assistance.
  • Government Scholarships Facilitated by CIT
    • Vidyasiri Scholarship (Govt. of Karnataka): Rs.18,000–Rs.20,000 per year.
    • E-pass Scholarship: For economically weaker students.
    • CIT assists students in applying for educational loans, though loans are not directly provided by the college.
