Step-by-Step Admission Process

The application is a two-step process. You must register with both the University and the College. 

Step 1: University Pre-Admission Enrollment

  1. Visit the Mumbai University Digital Portal (usually mum.digitaluniversity.ac).

  2. Register and fill out the pre-admission enrollment form. 

  3. Select College Code: 57 (Guru Nanak Khalsa College of Arts, Science & Commerce). 

  4. Download and save the University Enrollment Form (this is mandatory for the college application).

Step 2: College Online Application

  1. Visit the official college website: gnkhalsa.edu.in.

  2. Navigate to the "Admission Open 2026-27" section or use the direct Admission Portal.

  3. Click on "APPLY FRESH" and enter your basic details.

  4. Subject Selection: For FYBA and FYBSc, you will need to choose your Major and Minor subjects in order of preference. 

  5. Document Upload: Upload digital copies of your academic records and the University Pre-Admission form.

Step 3: Merit List & Confirmation

  • Merit Lists: The college will release multiple merit lists based on the aggregate marks of the qualifying exam (Class 12 for UG, Graduation for PG). 

  • Payment: If your name appears on the merit list, you will receive an online payment link via your registered email. 

  • Verification: Final admission is subject to the physical verification of original documents at the college campus.

Required Documents

When visiting the campus for final confirmation, ensure you have the following:

  • Printed copy of the College Admission Form. 

  • Printed copy of the University Pre-Admission Enrollment Form. 

  • Original Class 12 (HSC) Mark-sheet + 2 photocopies.

  • Original Leaving Certificate (LC/TC). 

  • Copy of SSC (Class 10) Mark-sheet. 

  • Copy of Aadhar Card. 

  • Caste Certificate (if applying under a reserved category). 

  • Recent passport-size photographs.
