ICFAI University West Sikkim's placement record has continuously been of the highest calibre. For the year 2022, the university has attained a placement rate of over 95%. In 2022, students were given an average compensation package of almost INR 5.25 lakhs. The IUWS Placement Cell helps students at every stage of the placement process, from reaching out to possible companies to keeping in touch with them to assessing each student's performance and preparing them for corporate placements. Working on both the supply and demand sides of the placement market, the team assesses student performance levels and ensures that they are well-prepared for their corporate assignments.
