The following few steps are involved in the submission of the online application and admission process:
Step 1:
Candidates need to visit the official website at www.admissions.karunya.edu/eoi. Click on “Apply now”, and enter the basic information of the candidate, valid email ID and Mobile number, and Expression of Interest (EOI) of the Programme/Course the candidate interested to seek admission.
Step 2:
After successful online submission of the credentials including EOI, the candidate receives an email/SMS from KITS University providing the details of the Application number and passcode.
Step 3:
With the help of the Application Number and Passcode, the candidate needs to log in to the Admissions Portal of KITS, fill in the application with all relevant data.
Step 4:
Provisional admission can be sought by making payment of the approved fees for the chosen Programme through online mode (Credit/Debit/Net banking). Candidates can also make payment of the requisite fee through cash/DD.
Step 5:
On successful payment of the requisite fee, the candidate shall get a confirmation via SMS/Email. Candidates need to download the provisional admission order from the admission portal.
Step 6:
The University forwards the final admission letter to the successful candidates based on their merit in the qualifying examination and National Common Entrance Tests. For Engineering and Agriculture candidates, the final admission letter shall be forwarded based on the merit obtained in the qualifying examination and marks in the KITS Entrance Examination.
Selected candidates having received the final admission letter, need to undergo verification of original certificates and confirm their admission.
