Around 4000 students have been placed since NITHM's founding, and a large number of them are currently succeeding in the service business.
The Placement & Training Division oversees and gives general instructions for the MBA, BBA, and B.Sc. students' final placements as well as for their summer and winter internships.
To address the ever-increasing demands of quickly evolving business environments, NITHM constantly works to improve its students' Soft Skills, People Management, and Entrepreneur Development Skills, which assist them to improve their chances of landing the best placements at the desired level. To better understand the students and assist them in preparing for their final placements, regular counselling, personality development training programs, workshops, seminars, and industry guest interactions are provided.
