Undergraduate Admissions (B.E/B.Tech)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must have completed 10+2 with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in Science subjects (Physics, Mathematics, and one optional subject) from a recognized board (GSEB/CBSE/ISCE).
• Admission is primarily through the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET).

Application Process:

• Step 1: Visit the official SCET
• Step 2: Select the desired course.
• Step 3: Pay the application fee.
• Step 4: Fill out and submit the application form with required details.

Counseling Process:

• After GUJCET results, candidates must participate in the centralized counseling conducted by the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC).
• The merit list is prepared based on 60% weightage from board exam marks and 40% from GUJCET scores.

Postgraduate Admissions (M.E/ M. Tech)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must have a B.E/B. Tech degree with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/SEBC candidates).
• Admission is based on scores from the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) or the Common Entrance Test (CET), followed by a personal interview.

Application Process:

• Similar to undergraduate admissions, candidates need to fill out an online application form and pay the requisite fees.
• Documentation, including academic records, must be submitted along with the application.
