Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology (RGIPT) is a premier institute dedicated to education and research in petroleum and energy sectors. The RGIPT 2026 Entrance Exam process is central to admitting meritorious students into its undergraduate and postgraduate programs, especially the highly sought B.Tech courses. RGIPT admissions for the B.Tech program are primarily based on the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2026 scores, aligning with India’s premier standard for engineering admissions to the IITs and select centrally funded institutes. RGIPT does not conduct a separate entrance exam but instead admits candidates who qualify JEE Advanced under a specific eligibility and counselling framework.
The RGIPT Admission 2026 Application Form for MBA and MBA (BA) Courses will be made available by January 2026. The RGIPT (Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology) holds an admissions procedure annually known as the RGIPT 2026 Admission. With the exception of Ph.D. programs, the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology administers its own entrance exam at the university level in order to grant admission to applicants.
Candidates who wish to enroll in any of the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology's undergraduate (UG), graduate (PG), and doctoral programs may do so by taking the entrance exam and going through the admissions process. Deserving candidates will be admitted by the official authorities to programs such as B. Tech, M. Tech, MBA, and Ph. D.
