The online application form of BCECE 2024 will be released by Bihar Common Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) in March 2024. Candidates have to register themselves and pay the requisite application fee before filling out the BCECE 2024 application form. The application procedure further involves entering personal information, uploading images, entering educational details, and finally printout and dispatching of the application form for BCECE 2024.

As per BCECE eligibility criteria 2024, candidates who have appeared or passed 10+2 or an equivalent examination with 45% (40% for reserved categories) are eligible to appear in BCECE 2024. Based on BCECE results, nearly 3000 seats were filled in around 14 participating institutes last year. Step 1: BCECE 2024 Registration

After reading the instructions on the screen, candidates have to click on ‘proceed to registration and select the course applying for. After this, they have to fill in the following details.

Personal details: Candidate’s name, Father’s name, Date of birth

Correspondence details: Mobile Number, Email ID

Category details: Category of candidates, Is the candidate a permanent resident of Bihar, Residential eligibility

Security question and password: Security Question, Answer to a security question, Choose a password, Re-enter password, Enter captcha

After filling in the details in the BCECE application form 2024, candidates have to click on the ‘Submit’ button after which the registration number will be displayed on the screen. The registration number will also be sent via SMS to the candidate’s mobile number. Candidates will then have to log in using the registration number and password to proceed to the “Payment” option.

Step 2: Payment of BCECE 2024 application fee

Candidates can pay the BCECE 2024 application fee through e-challan and deposit the fees at any Canara Bank or pay online via debit/credit/ card or net banking. Applicants have to pay an additional amount of Rs. 60 if paying via e-challan. The bank will retain their copy of the three-part challan and return the board copy and the candidate’s copy to the candidate, which must be retained safely by the candidate.

Step 3- Provide personal information in the BCECE application form 2024

After paying the fee, candidates will have to furnish the personal information in the application form of BCECE 2024. The details that are to be mentioned in the BCECE 2024 application form include:

• Name of the father
• Name of the mother
• Mark of identification
• Gender
• Did the candidate claim service man Quota
• Is the father’s annual income less than 4.5 lakh
• Do you claim for the agriculture stream course
• Have you passed matriculation with Urdu as a subject
• District name of the institution of passing
• District name and permanent address
• If the permanent address is the same as the correspondence address, then the candidate will have to check the box and then upload the scanned images.

Step 5: Entering educational information

Further, candidates have to click on the ‘fill educational information’ and fill in the details of their class 10 and 12 examinations in the BCECE 2024 application form. They need not enter the details of the marks obtained in Qualifying Examination (QE) if its status is ‘appearing’. After this, applicants have to click on ‘submit’ button.

Step 6: Printout and dispatch of application form

• One must preview all the details entered in the BCECE application form 2024 before final submission. Candidates have to take a printout of Part A and Part B of the application form and send it to BCECE Board along with the following documents::
• Passport sized photograph of the candidate similar to the one uploaded in the application form.
• Candidate’s signature both in Hindi and English in the space provided on each part of the form. The signature should be in running letters.
• Photo copy of marksheets of relevant qualifying examination.
• Candidates have to send the declaration as printed in part B, written in their own handwriting.
• The paid challan copy of the board must be attached with the form.

The BCECE application form 2024 has to be enclosed in a yellow coloured envelope of dimensions 17 x 30 cm. Applicants must send the form of BCECE 2024 along with the necessary documents only via Registered/ Speed Post to the address given below:
