MAT 2018 Registration and Application Form

Management Admission Test (MAT) is an entrance exam for management courses in B-Schools across India. The test is all about testing the aptitude and language skill of the candidate. Registration started for MAT 2018 are yet to start. 

Management Admission Test (MAT) is an entrance exam conducted by All India Management Association (AIMA) for management courses like MBA in B-Schools across India. The test is all about testing the aptitude and language skill of the candidate. Candidates can find the MAT 2018 test pattern in this article.

 

MAT 2018 Exam Pattern:                      

  1. a) *Mode of Exam:Pen & Paper based test (PBT) and Computer based test (CBT)
  2. b) Duration of the test is 150 minutes.
  3. c) There are a total of 200 questions in the question paper divided in five sections.
  4. d) Subjects: Data Analysis and Sufficiency, Mathematical skills, Language Comprehension, Intelligence and Critical Reasoning, Indian and Global Environment.
  5. e) Each section consists of 40 questions.
  6. f) All questions are multiple choice questions with four options.
  7. g) Each question carries 1 mark.
  8. h) Negative Marking:¼ marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.

MAT 2018  Registration and Application Form:

Documents/Data required filling MAT 2018 Application form:

  1. a) Valid email id and mobile number
  2. b) Personal details
  3. c) Educational details
  4. d) Good quality scanned image of photograph
  5. e) Good quality scanned image of signature
  6. f) Demand Draft of Rs 1400 /- in the favour of All India Management Associationpayable at New Delhi, if payment is through DD.

Step-1 Create New Login for Fresh Candidate (Registration)

1) Fill the details with a valid email id and click on Submit button.

2) Once data submitted, it cannot be changed.

3) On successful registration candidate will receive a confirmation mail.

4) Candidate can login using his/her email id and date of birth.

Step-2 Login and Fill the Application form

1) Fill the details in the application form with utmost care and provide authentic information of your personal and academic details.

2) While filling the application online save the information at regular intervals by clicking on Save button.

3) Once saved, data in the application form can be edited.

Step-3 Upload Images (Optional)

Photograph:

1) Upload the recent colour photograph

2) Picture must be of good quality and preferably with white background.

3) No light reflections should be there.

4) Format: .jpg/.jpeg format is only acceptable.

5) Size: 5KB to 50KB

Signature:

1) Sign with only Black pen on the white paper and then scan it.

2) Sign should be visible.

3) Signature should be matched on the answer sheet and admit card,

Candidates should note that uploaded photograph and signature would appear on the admit card.

Note: In case candidate do not want to upload photograph & signature (Option: Do you want to upload photo/signature image(Y/N)? is available in Step 1: Fill Application Form) and candidates selected NO against this option, will require to affix the photograph and signature on the Printout of Application Form and are required to dispatch to AIMA, New Delhi.

Step-3 Make Payment

Rs 1400 /- Non-Refundable fee has to be paid through Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking and also through Demand Draft.

Payment through Demand Draft:

1) Demand Draft of Rs 1400 /- should be taken in the favour of All India Management Association payable at New Delhi.

2) The details of the DD are to be filled in the online application form.

3) Candidate applying through DD are required to send the printout of the duly completed application form along with the DD on the following address before the last date

4) Incomplete forms will be rejected. Institute is not responsible for any delay or loss of forms.

5) Keep the copy of application form and DD for future reference.

Payment through Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking:

If payment is done through Net Banking or Debit/Credit Card and photographs and signatures uploaded, candidates need NOT to send the printout of the Online Application Form, however they are advised to keep the copy of the application form for future references.
