TS ICET 2024 (Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test) is an entrance exam for admission into MBA and MCA courses in Telangana state. TS ICET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

To apply for this exam, candidates must meet the TS ICET 2024 Eligibility Norms. The purpose of the Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test (TS ICET), a state-level test, is to grant admission to MBA and MCA programs offered by different colleges and universities in the state of Telangana. 

Here we are providing the domicile & qualification eligibility to appear in the TS ICET examination. Telangana State Council for Higher Education will have the responsibility to release the eligibility criteria of TS ICET.

Domicile and Age Eligibility:

• Students have to be citizens of India.
• As stated by the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions, candidates must meet the local or non-local status standards.
• Candidates who are not citizens of India must meet the requirements of the relevant universities.
• No minimum age will be required to apply for the TS ICET 2024 exam.

Qualification Eligibility

• Candidates for the MBA program must have completed a three-year bachelor's degree at a recognized college or university.
• Candidates for the MCA program must have completed a minimum of three years of  a recognized bachelor's degree. Candidates must have a 10+2 standard in mathematics.
• In the qualifying test, students must have received a minimum of 50% for general applicants and 45% for reserved categories.
• Students may also apply if they will be appearing in the qualifying exam's final year.
• Candidates who have obtained degree by distance mode should have recognization by Joint Committee of UGC, AICTE & DEC/DEB.
• Students must receive a minimum of 25% in the TS ICET exam in order to be admitted; SC and ST students do not need to receive a minimum score.
• Students who have passed graduation degree without qualifying 10, 12 class or three year degree programme are not eligible to apply for this exam.

TS ICET 2024 Application Process

Beginning the first week of March 2024, candidates will be able to complete their application. The application will be completed online. No other method of completing the application will be accepted.

The application form can be completed until the first week of April 2024, without incurring a late fees, & till last week of July 2024 with late fee. Interested candidates may follow these given steps to apply for TS ICET exam.

Analytical Ability

This part comprises of questions from Data Sufficiency & Problem Solving.

• Sequences and Series: Analogies of numbers and alphabet, completion of blank spaces following the pattern in a:b::c:d relationship; odd thing out: missing number in a sequence or a series.
• Data Analysis: The data given in a Table, Graph, Bar diagram, Pie Chart, Venn Diagram or a Passage is to be analyzed and the questions pertaining to the data are to be answered.
• Coding and Decoding Problems: A code pattern of English Alphabet is given. A given word or a group of letters are to be coded or decoded based on the given code or codes.
• Date and Time & Arrangement Problems: Calendar problems, clock problems, blood relationships, arrivals, departures and schedules, seating arrangements, symbol and notation interpretation. 

Mathematical Ability

• Arithmetical Ability- Laws of indices, ratio and proportion; surds; numbers and divisibility, l.c.m. and g.c.d; Rational numbers, Ordering.; Percentages; Profit and loss; Partnership, Pipes and cisterns, time, distance and work problems, areas and volumes, mensuration, modular arithmetic.
• Algebraical and Geometrical Ability: Matrices, Notion of a limit and derivative, Polynomials, Remainder theorem and consequences, Linear equations and expressions, Progressions, Binomial Theorem, Plane geometry-lines, Triangles, Quadrilaterals, Circles, Coordinate geometry-distance between points, Statements, Truth tables, implication converse and inverse, Tautologies-Sets, Relations and functions, Equation of a line in different forms.
• Statistical Ability: Frequency distributions, Mean, Median, Mode, Standard Deviation, Correlation, simple problems on Probability. 

Communication Ability- Vocabulary, Business and Computer terminology, Functional Grammar and Reading Comprehension (3 Passages). Identify vocabulary used in the day-to-day communication. TS ICET  2024 Exam Pattern

The TS ICET 2024 Exam Pattern will include information on the number of questions, marking system, exam length, and other features. The purpose of the university's TS ICET exam pattern is to assess a candidate's capacity for methodical thought.

TS ICET 2024 Result

In the final week of June 2024, the TS ICET 2024 Results will be released publicly. The candidates who took the entrance exam will receive the results of the TS ICET 2024. By logging in with their registration number and birthdate, candidates will be able to view the results.
