Indian Institute of Forest Management is a sectoral management institute located in the city of the lakes, Bhopal. If anyone has a keen interest in the forestry, wildlife management and social development sector it is one of the best institutes you can go for. The placement and the reputation of the college specially in thr forest, development, microfinance, sustainability and wildlife is very good. The campus life is certainly one of the best you can have. The average placement lies somewhere 7.5 lac which is really good for the sectors in which the students are placed. The placement history of IIFM has been very good as the institute has maintained 100% placement over many years.Also the fees is around 6.24 lac which makes the ROI good. The fees is inclusive of the Hostel Expenses as it is a residential course. The alumini network is really good and there is a separate committee that works upon the same. There are various clubs and all these clubs altogether are known as SAAC (Student Affairs and Alumini Council). The Placements also consist of Contractual Govt. Jobs One Major drawback is that being a niche sector institute many campus that visit our campus for placements are not well known, and some of the sectors like development and wildlife are also not paying much in the initial stages of your career.
